I love predicting the future. Whether it’s making a bet with a friend over whether or not they’ll eventually quit the job they hate, or figuring out whether a new piece of technology will actually become a thing – it’s just fun to think about what may or may not happen and why.
Given we all think about HR for much of the day, we wanted to think about what this landscape will look like in 5 years. What technologies will be a thing? Which jobs will be the hardest to fill? What will the boarder talent marketplace look like?
